I don't have a favorite type of art because I create from what's flowing through me. whether it's writing painting, or shaping something with my hands, each form allows me to express truth in a different way. My art reflects my life, my healing, and my growth, and it evolves as I do.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration and everything around me- My past my healing and the people in my life. My recovery led me to writing, where I began turning my experiences into something meaningful. My children, god kids, and my mother inspire me deeply-they never gave up on me. My art whether writing, painting, or sculpting, reflects both my struggles and my growth.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to expand my work and help others heal through my writing and art. I'd give back to my community, especially La Puente, where I once found support. I'd also invest in time with my family and help my mother, who has always supported me. For me, it's not just about money- it's about using it to create impact, healing, and connection.
