My work focuses on capturing the relationships we have with our bodies, celebrating the stories embedded in every line, every wrinkle.

I’m drawn to creating bodies that have loved and lived. Faces that carry history, skin that tells a story, beauty that I believe only comes with time and experience. My work is quite realistic and deeply human, often celebrating older figures whose imperfections are exactly what makes them feel alive. I’m not interested in perfect, I’m interest in real. Something that tells a story.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration in women. Salt of the earth, hard working, extraordinary women who take everything that life’s handed them and transmute it into wisdom, courage, beauty. I have been lifted up by women like this my whole life and when I sit down to create that’s the spirit I’m channeling.
What would you do with $25,000?I would be able to breathe life into the full vision I've been carrying for my sculpture practice. I would scale my work in ways I've only dreamed about, larger forms, bolder statements, pieces that truly fill the space they inhabit. I'd invest in materials that have always been just out of reach: quality resins, specialized tools, and supplies that match the ambition of my ideas. For the first time, the gap between what I imagine and what I can create would close.
