Art found me in darkness, and I made it my way forward. Through oil, ink, and bleach, I turn experience into light and create connection.

I’m most drawn to creating wearable art and expressive mixed-media and oil paintings. Through color, texture, and symbolism, I translate emotion and lived experience into work that feels both personal and meaningful.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration through personal experiences, emotions, and the growth that comes from overcoming challenges. Nature, human connection, and everyday moments also spark ideas for me. I’m inspired by the idea that beauty can come from difficult seasons, which often influences the symbolism, color, and emotion within my work. I also find inspiration in creating pieces that allow others to feel seen, reflect, or connect in their own way.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would invest in building an art business and outreach program that brings creativity directly to people who need it most. I would create mobile workshops for children, hospital patients, and the elderly, using art as a tool for healing, confidence, and self-expression. Creativity helped save me during difficult times, and I want to turn that experience into something that helps others reconnect with themselves, find joy, and discover their own inner strength.
