All art types are fun to do but digital media has a special place in my heart, specifically animation. We’ve all watched an animated film or show once or twice but for me, it was more than just entertainment. Art is my life, my passion. Seeing so much effort, so much detail that put into a character, the music, storytelling, everything is truly incredible. I want to create or help create something memorable that’ll be talked about forever, something that could make change happen for the better.

Anything. It’s easy to find inspiration in other artists and artworks but I think if you can find inspiration in something like a piece of trash, you’re truly a master of the craft. You don’t need to be skilled to be an artist, you just need to think outside the box. Not with AI but with your own two hands. Get mud and make a painting, write that story, sing your song. Anyone can make art but only true artists can take that creativity and inspiration to create anything they put their mind to.

If I actually won $25,000 for expressing myself, I think it’ll just motivate me to create more. However, the $25,000 would be given to my mom. She’s been my number one supporter all my life. She never pushed me away from my art, she only encouraged me to seek it further. So, if I could win money to give to her, I would in a heart beat. I could show her that I could make it in this messed up world and she doesn’t have to worry.
