I create evocative art designed to foster emotional resilience and provide daily sanctuary for the viewer.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My artistic heart lies in the dark and the unusual, where the unconventional meets the profound. I am drawn to creating pieces that serve as a visual narrative for a person’s unique story, capturing the raw complexity of their deepest pains and greatest pleasures. To me, art is more than just an aesthetic choice.....it is a vital lifeline and a powerful medium for transformation, providing a space where individuals can see their experiences reflected and finally begin to heal.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration from the daily life of myself and others . The intricate stories of those around me. Every hurdle we overcome and every piece of our past shapes a unique narrative that fuels my creative process. By leaning into our collective struggles and lived experiences, I aim to transform the weight of the past into meaningful art that resonates with the resilience we all carry.
What would you do with $25,000?I have a beautiful family that I love dearly. If I were to win, the entirety of the prize would be dedicated to my family.
