I find joy in drawing and painting with physical media. It allows me to engage my hands and tap into a more natural, human sense of creation. Unlike relying solely on computers, I cherish the human elements, including mistakes, that demonstrate the craftsmanship involved. I relish the opportunity to create art that tells a story, inviting viewers to interpret it in their own unique way. In my opinion, the eyes and face convey a message far more effectively than words alone.

I draw my inspiration from films & television because that’s the world I grew up in & cherished from childhood. The characters, the mood, the music, & everything surrounding the themes resonate with me. Whether it’s live-action or animation, each medium has its unique stories & voice. Additionally, I find inspiration in my own personal life journey, which includes experiences of sadness, fear, anger, happiness, & other emotions. Ultimately, my art aims to convey that we all experience the same.

I would use the money to pay off my students loans from art school and perhaps expand my education on other opportunities.
