Encaustic painting with mixed media. I paint tissue paper with abstract shapes. I draw and paint on the tissue and imbed it in beeswax with varnish on wood panel. Sometimes I also add objects both found and acquired. I pick up found objects on my daily walks.
Where do you find inspiration?In the nature I interact with in my daily life. I also stay connected two other artists in my community. We support each other and create opportunities to make art together.
What would you do with $25,000?I would build a studio space. I would also create a website, improve my marketing materials, and buy art supplies
