I create paintings for emotional healing and to process my experiences hoping to help others reflect, heal, and grow too.

I focus on acrylic painting, using bright, vibrant color palettes with darker themes and elements of fantasy. My work often features strong warrior or hero’s and images inspired by Norse mythology. I would describe my style as dark gothic fantasy, merging surrealism, narrative illustration, and neo-expressionist art to create dreamlike scenes rich in a fantasy atmosphere and emotion.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration is drawn from many sources, including dreams of the warrior I wish to be, the strength of historical and mythological figures, and trying to heal emotional pain. It can emerge unexpectedly—from paint smudges on a canvas, a vivid idea, or an urgent need to release an emotion. I am also inspired by pagan beliefs and the mythic heroes of the past, which continue to influence and shape my creativity.
What would you do with $25,000?Winning the $25,000 would be life-changing. I would use the funds to get a degree in psychology, with the long-term goal of providing art therapy within my community. My vision is to combine my two passions—art and psychology—to support healing and personal growth in others. A portion would also be invested in my essential art supplies so I can continue creating work that reflects my own healing journey and growth.
