Mixed media, especially when combining realism and abstract visual elements. There's a particular curiosity that sparks when chaos finds harmony on a canvas. Multiple mediums create that chaotic space that I like to bring together when draw.
Where do you find inspiration?I find most of my inspiration through music. I can spend hours getting lost in a drawing or painting. Whatever feeling comes through the music is put into my work and, sometimes, the meaning of the piece changes with the change in playlist. Music has a way of making us feel, viscerally, takes our breath away... I want to convey that in my pieces. That what you saw stays with you.
What would you do with $25,000?Spoil my dog? Lol, on a serious note, mostly savings. It's hard out here! Maybe upgrade my art supplies a bit, donate to the animal shelter, and get some car maintenance done.
