I love to create various types of whimsical creatures. From dragons, to goblins, to cute little baby birds that fit in your palm. It’s fun to play with all of the different types of yarn (thicknesses, textures, colors) to make something unique each time.
Where do you find inspiration?My fiancé and I like to participate in LARP (live action role play) with friends whenever we can. So I love to pull ideas from Dungeons and Dragons to World of Warcraft. I will also find myself pulling ideas from nature, as I did live in the mountains of California for 17 years. Most of all it’s using yarn to tell a story.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the funds towards growing an online store. I would love to be able to take special requests and create unique creations for others. To help uplift others when they need that small pick me up of something special.
