Mixed media larger scale paintings, works with lots of textures . I like to create experimental space that give the art room to breath and become itself, it makes it fun to discover what it wants to become.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration is a tricky thing because it can come from the strangest places for me. From the way light or shadows fall on an object to the deep visceral experiences of my human relationships. For me life and one well lived is art and being an artist is learning how to capture it in my chosen medium!
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in growing in my artistic journey and career, it could do so much for me and my wife and daughter, but more then that Art at one point saved my life from a deep suicidal depression, so I would give a portion to the Brooklyn Art Council “art therapy project” to help other who need art as a life line!
