I make art to showcase the strength and resilience in women. I give my subjects and myself the chance to be both raw and vulnerable.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art to create is mostly mixed media with a message of feminine strength and beauty. I love creating visual interest with an abundance of mediums and using those to showcase the human form such as hands, a womans curve, or faces.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the human form specifically the vulnerability in my subjects. I think the mix of strength and vulnerability is what makes us human. Representing human nature is a gift to the artist and viewer.
What would you do with $25,000?I would most definitely use the $25,000 to further my art career and dream. Not only is it important to me to to accomplish a life long goal but also, to show my children that the pursuit of that goal is one of life's greatest gifts!
