I make art for fun, to express my love for wildlife, and to honor the cycle of life while holding space for the beauty of God's creatures.

It's so hard to choose! Really anything inspired by animals or the outdoors. My current favorites have been my beaded skulls and bone art shadowboxes. But I love to dabble in sketch art, photography, and painting as well. I have always been a creative soul and love to experiment and try new methods and types of art. I sort of just create whatever sounds fun or resonates with me at the time.
Where do you find inspiration?I'm inspired most when I'm surrounded by nature. I love the outdoors and care deeply about animals/wildlife, and the connection we have to our planet. I often find myself lost in the beauty of it all, and it's where I feel closest to God. Whether I'm out hiking, hunting/fishing, or simply exploring local creeks, I'm able to slow down and feel grounded. If I'm patient enough, I encounter things that go unnoticed, and take in every detail. I try to bring that feeling of awe & connection to my art.
What would you do with $25,000?It would be life changing to be honest! I would be able to pay off student loans. My fiancé and I could pay for our wedding. And it would put us in a good place where we could start fresh and work towards building the life we envision for our family. But regardless, I am beyond grateful just for the opportunity to participate in this sort of thing. Simply having my creativity be seen like this is a huge blessing in and of itself, truly.
