I love to create art with Acrylics,watercolors & alcohol ink. Originally from Ponce. Puerto Rico and living in Texas for 30 plus years away from home and family, I love and inspire myself in cultural art and nature.
Where do you find inspiration?I believe art has the capability to heal people as well as music. I tried to control my depression sketching A friend of mine suggest me to start painting and I did. I also find inspiration in nature and also started to dream things. Thinking that my soul need it to heal one way or another. I noticed that my soul relax better under the trees that's why I love to paint them, specially the "Flaboyan tree" originally from Puerto Rico where I come from. Symbolizing the true colors of my soul.
What would you do with $25,000?Half of the money I would like to keep for my personal needs and the other half I will use it to help the community in need... I call it " Heavenly Assignments" With my art I use it to help others as well. Giving back to the community is important to me. Without them I would not be here either.
