My favorite art work to create is beadwork especially raised beadwork. I love to incorporate florals and traditional markings to tell a story through each item.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration through the stories I hear from people, what I know about a person inspires me to make the artwork reflect them. It becomes personal for each person.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in more art supplies to create more. I would also give back to my community to teach more classes, invest in supplies for people to sign up for workshops. To continue the work of passing my traditional beadwork knowledge down to our next generations.
