My one of a kind jewelry pieces made from antique and vintage China plates are by far my favorite pieces to make! Every piece is unique, they have memories in them and future generations can keep my jewelry as heirloom pieces.
Where do you find inspiration?THRIFTING! And being in nature. When I’m in the thrift stores and antique shops I’m transported to my childhood and feel so much love looking for old plates to make jewelry out of. It truly brings out my inner child. Also being in nature makes me feel connected to everything around me and I feel like I am means to be exactly where I am in life at that moment. I take in all of the elements of nature to help myself grow as an artist and a human being.
What would you do with $25,000?I would love to have a small studio in my yard that I could teach intimate classes out of. I would buy all the tools for each person to have a hands on learning experience.
