I love to create art because it’s a productive way to get feelings and emotions out of your head and heart and onto something physical.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love all types of art but painting has always had my heart. I’ve dabbled I. Acrylic paints, water color, paint pens, oil paints. I’ve painted ceramics with glazes of all kinds and colors. I’ve painted on canvas, wood, walls, and even stuff like shoes and toy boxes I love the way a paint brush feels in my hand and watching simple paints turn into something beautiful or dark or abstract.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in myself, my family, nature and the urban world around me. I love to paint people and animals, I’ve dabbled in buildings and landscapes. I think anything can be inspiring if you look at it the right way.
What would you do with $25,000?If I won I would probably use the money to create a nicer space for me and my family to keep creating. Right now we do our creating in whatever space we can find in our home, but I would love to have a designated area for making art.
