I express emotions or feelings of topics considered too taboo, or intense to share with others out loud, onto canvas to process my trauma.

Acrylic canvas painting
Where do you find inspiration? Each one of my painting is about an emotion, or past trauma I have went thru, the complex and deep feelings that come with that, but a lack of words to express, so I try to put them onto canvas, as a way to process, and grow from painful, or taboo experiences.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to go back to college for horticulture, and help make my children’s lives better. As an Artist, without a specific degree, and mother of 3, growing up in and from low income, life can be difficult, and I have always wanted for my art to lead to a better life, and future for my children.
