I do art sometimes as exorcism sometimes to convey elation or epiphany. I do art because it is the only thing I know how to do

All of it . my first love was watercolors.I switched to acrylics.. I taught myself how to sew comma I love building clothing and costumes. I trained fourteen ten years in egyptian folkloric dance aka belly dance. I've even tried my hand at acting in a few local horror movies , one is actually on tubi now. I work with miniatures, clay, whatever the need is , I will find a way to create it. I guess the best answer is multimedia. But my heart always goes back to good old acrylic painting.
Where do you find inspiration?Life. My biggest artistic inspirations are Clive Barker, H.R. Giger, many musicians help me paint my worlds from Tool to Wagner, Deftones ect. Art is one of the only realms where I truly feel free to be myself and express myself . I am fascinated by the beautifully grotesque, nature, even comedy , i'm currently working on a piece of my friend's dog using the bathroom. I see art everywhere. I only wish I had the time to capture all of it.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to repay the many kindness to me.Also, create a safe place for my child and myself. That is ours , but no one can take from us. I am an abusive survivor and that is honestly my biggest desire to have a home in the woods where I can create my art, work with the Earth raise And love my animals. And watch my daughter thrive. most of our life has just been surviving.
