Art lets me express what words can’t. Translating the music I feel into movement and color on canvas.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I primarily create acrylic paintings on canvas, often using a palette knife along with other tools to build rich texture and movement. Recently, I’ve been exploring mixed media on paper, combining acrylic, alcohol, ink, and layered textures. My work is expressive and intuitive, shaped by my mood and personal experiences, with each piece evolving organically through the creative process.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my life experiences and emotions. My work is an outward expression of what I’m feeling in the moment, often influenced by music, mood, and the world around me. Whether it becomes a landscape or something more emotional, each piece reflects a personal moment translated into art.
What would you do with $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would like to use it as a foundation to focus more on my craft. I would invest in materials and opportunities to grow my presence, using both the funding and this experience to build a sustainable future doing what I love.
