My work is steeped in the memories of a California childhood juxtaposed by the influences of popular culture. It is the work I love to make.

I enjoy creating work with a narrative element -- albeit a broken narrative. The work is designed with disparate elements, which in effect look collaged or fragmented. Hopefully the narrative holds.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in popular culture -- nostalgia and memories of childhood. Southern California and Orange County vibes inspire.
What would you do with $25,000?I would focus on spending a bit more time developing a new body of work. I would also use the funds for new materials and travel.
