My favorite work is where image, meaning, and medium exist as one. The rose in the piece I submitted is made entirely from real rose petals, including the black tones. The rose depicted in the image was plucked and made to be the center spiral. Its DNA is in the artwork. It is titled ‘Rosa Damascena.’
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in how life assembles itself. Matter selecting, organizing, and building into living form.
What would you do with $25,000?My wife has a rare illness and has been fighting to survive. This would help me get her started with the care she needs.
