What is your favorite type of art to create?

My favorite type of art to create is photography that blends nature and emotion. I’m especially drawn to landscapes and waterscapes for their peaceful, expansive beauty, portraits for the connection and feeling they capture, and macro photography for revealing details that are often overlooked. I love working with natural light, color, and composition to transform everyday moments into something meaningful, immersive, and visually striking.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in the quiet details of the world around me. Changing light, reflections on water, shifting seasons, and fleeting expressions all influence what I create. I’m drawn to moments that feel both simple and powerful, whether it’s a calm landscape, a close-up detail, or a human connection. Travel and new environments inspire me, but I also find meaning in familiar places, where small changes can completely transform what we see.

What would you do with $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in growing as an artist and storyteller by upgrading my equipment and traveling to capture diverse landscapes, waterscapes, and cultures. As I prepare to live abroad, I want to document the contrast between familiar and unfamiliar places, using light, color, and emotion to preserve moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. My goal is to create work that feels honest, immersive, and deeply human.
