What would you do with $25,000?Finally get a dedicated studio and schedule visits. I’ve never been able to swing both an apartment and a studio in NYC and still have time to create. Living and working alone, in the same space has been isolating….. Brooklyn girl Landed in LA in March. Living in Hollywood with a writer friend. Need a place to go and 4WD to explore the Sierra’s and paint plen air. Im mad about Pine Cones.
