Visual art. As an artist, I do not limit myself to one medium however I find myself grounding my work in visual arts. Painting with a mix of acrylic and oil as my preferred medium, I paint art that resonates with me and expresses what words fail to. My favorite subject matters include perspectives, scenes, and people of the melanated community and experience of growing up in the South.

I believe everything we do is art - the way we move, the clothes we wear, the things we say. Because of this I find inspiration everywhere I go in everything I see. I paint to remember, to heal, and to transform. My work is a prayer and a reflection — a dialogue between past and present, between self and spirit. As an artist, I carry the colors, rhythms, and contradictions of Atlanta within every brushstroke. My immersive experiences tell stories of family, resilience, and identity.

I am currently raising funds for a brick and mortar which will serve as my creative studio and a gallery to hold workshops, immersive art exhibits and provide housing for a few artists in residence. This $25K would allow me to purchase materials for The WareHouse structure as well as pay for the relocation of many of my materials, which are currently in storage. Warehouse Ink will be our one-stop shop for all things design related. Curated as an immersive, luxury art gallery, we hope to inspire.
