My favorite type of art to create is action shots of either wildlife or nature, such as birds or waterfalls/rivers. For instance, capturing a hummingbird in flight & slowing my camera's settings down slow enough that you can see the details of the wings. Capturing photos of any body of water's movement is creative in itself as each click of my lens brings new surprises. Eagles have such tremendous presence, capturing their facial expressions I feel fuels my creativity.
Where do you find inspiration?I find my inspiration by spending time in nature, it calms, energizes & the possibilities of capturing that certain photograph keeps me going. Being surrounded by negative ion's that my body absorbs is amazing. Waterfalls have the greatest number of negative ions as the mist coming off it is quickly absorbed into your skin. Waterfalls are profoundly inspirational; waterfalls offer such a sensory experience that combines tranquility and allows my creativity to blossom.
What would you do with $25,000?It would be a blessing to win the $25,000. First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone involved in this project and wish all entrant’s luck. Buying a better zoom lens & travel costs would be amazing.
