I live in a city with some of the darkest souls. I create art to add some light in a very dark place.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art to create are trees. Mostly in acrylic. Because you can’t really mess up a tree. No two trees are alike. If you can draw a squiggly line you can paint a tree. They remind us that change is inevitable and we can grow with every changing season.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in everything. The people I meet, the places I’ve seen, the things that I have done, all inspire me to create those things a little bit brighter.
What would you do with $25,000?I would take some time off work to see more, and do more….. and just be able to breathe so I can create more art.
