I am currently obsessed with abstract acrylic painting with anything but a paintbrush. Alot of pour paintings with a blow dryer, playing cards, mopheads, utensils, ect. I have just started playing with sculpting medium. Music and words are my first love and my poetry, more of plain spoken word suddenly flows up and out more these days and I am incorporating some poems together with paintings. My 2 faves are, Woman Under Fire-She Escapes & Divided We All Fall. Bucket list, I want to write a song
Where do you find inspiration?Most of my inspiration comes from observing and interacting with nature. Meaning the great vast wonders of Mother Nature but also very much the complexities of Human Nature. I feel deeply for all creatures and strive to convey that out into the world ? As I learn to love and inspire myself, I feel compelled to share this with others. I have been inspired by others before me to stay true to myself. This was extremely helpful along my journey. I plan to pass this on to help others on their way?
What would you do with $25,000?I am planning to make use of my property for some kind of Art/Soothing Soul Retreat out here in HighSprings, FL. This money would go along way towards that goal. The 5 acre property is very close to being paid off and that would allow me to focus full time solely on my art and being able to offer more to my community. I would like to also start a community veggie cooperation to make use of and share this land sitting here ?I want to make exploring art and how to heal through it more accessible
