I love painting - Feeling the movement of colors as they merge and blend together. Through each detail, I express my emotions, thoughts and dreams, transforming them into something visible and shared. Oil paints are my first love, but acrylics and watercolors hold an equal place in my creative heart.
Where do you find inspiration?A gather inspiration, wherever my feet carry me, art, lives quietly in all things, waiting to be noticed, and I delight in sharing the world as I experience it full of wonder, beauty and breathless moments of magic. I collect inspiration, the way light gathers on water - everywhere, without effort. In the breath of wind through the trees, in the slow rythum of the mountains, rivers, and skys, and the diversities or the world around me.
What would you do with $25,000?We have a number of underfunded animal shelters in my area. So I will be looking at donating towards them as well as taking my mother on a well deserved and wished for vacation of her choosing. I have also been asked to instruct some painting courses. And with this money, I will be able to afford the supplies to volunteer my time to smaller communities, north of where I live.
