The space I create from, takes me to a place where time does not exist. I get lost in the flow and allow. Feels like love.

All types of 2-D images created using mixed media. My colors are bright, my black white and gray images are created using black water color pencils. I would say my images are expressionistic and appear to be fluid because in that moment of creation symbols and images come through my unconscious mind. Faces, people, birds, eyes, water, fire spirals are a few common symbols that appear. If people look long enough they will see my painting enfold. My favorite art invites people in to look at it.
Where do you find inspiration?Nature and emotional connection to my spirit. My poetry creates images in my mind. The state of the world forces me to purge it on the paper. My images are strong and bold when in the act of creation I feel a sense of relief and control over things in the material word. Sharing my work helps heal myself and the world at the same time. I dream each painting into existance.
What would you do with $25,000?I would rent a studio outside of my house and connect more with a creative community in that space. I would start a class that inspires others on their path into the creative world as I have discovered for myself. I would share more of my artwork and poetry in the form of creating a better website and publishing a poetry and art book.
