I love to create art because it feels like creating a message that runs through me to be interpreted by the perceiver.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I’m drawn to creating abstract, symbolic pieces that feel like inner landscapes. My work blends organic forms with structured elements like paths, architecture, and movement to represent growth, perception, and the nonlinear nature of experience. I like when a piece doesn’t tell you exactly what it is, but instead invites the viewer to find their own meaning within it.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the connection between internal and external experiences. Moments of transition, emotion, and awareness tend to shape my work. I’m inspired by how people move through space, how environments influence feeling, and how seemingly unrelated elements connect over time. A lot of my ideas come from observing patterns in life and translating them into visual form.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in expanding my ability to create and share my work. That includes building a dedicated studio space, upgrading materials, and developing a cohesive body of work that can be exhibited. I would also use the opportunity to create immersive experiences that bring my art into physical spaces, allowing people to not just view it, but move through it and interact with it. A portion would go toward documenting and sharing the process to reach a wider audience.
