I create art to hold what is fleeting. Memory, voice, friendship, and the changing earth move through my hands as fiber, texture, and light.

Mixed-media fiber art, mostly weaving
Where do you find inspiration? My work begins in the unnoticed: daily gestures, fragments, remnants. I gather what has been cast aside, weaving recyclable materials into new forms, small acts of repair for a fragile world. Living at the edge of the city, I move between solitude and attention. In that quiet distance, nature becomes both companion and teacher, shaping my sense of time, material, and meaning.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would deepen both my artistic practice and its environmental impact. I would expand my use of recycled materials, experiment with larger-scale works, and create opportunities to engage others through workshops focused on reuse and creative sustainability. This support would allow me to transform individual gestures into shared experiences, encouraging a wider community to see waste as a resource and art as a form of environmental care.
