Art is food for the soul. I create work that reflects the human desire to understand life and earths ephemeral forces upon all things!
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Mixed - media...oil, acrylic, different layering with organic feel. sculptural paintings and drawings.. .Wabi-sabi inspired .interior design & art pieces
Where do you find inspiration?Nature ...the general ephemeral effects it has on wood, stone, metal, as well as other man-made artifacts. Mankind's diverse peoples and their contribution to art & design as we evolve as earths occupants.
What would you do with $25,000?It would be a godsend providing my studio...an old industrial compound with expansion and operational funds. Hosting "Art as Therapy" pottery & painting days for the disadvantaged encouraging the search for their individual "creative identity" with only encouragement. Often remarking "the only bad art is art you don't do!". Continued renovation of the old ironworks brick & mortar compound a safe (haven) & great gathering place for creative pursuits in visual art, music, and dance.
