Depends on what best expresses, releases what I feel in my heart, gut, mind at that moment or period of time. My preference 4 painting is watercolour w pastel but I have painted on shoes, clothes, decor, the wall (lol), furniture. Drawn as long as I can remember & writing came soon after. I add writing, quotes, music lyrics into my painting. My fav type of art 2 create is that which makes ppl feel, think, care…brings them 2 that authentic place. Definitely will be adding more work😁
Where do you find inspiration?Anyone & anything that makes me feel deeply, that gives me a certain feeling & helps connect me 2 my authenticity…that becomes a picture, a colour, shape, words, etc in my mind that I need to express & release. Egs: a thought, something I saw, heard. I might feel it from something in the news, an article, book, film, something said, music, animals, my cat, architecture, a look a person had, the feeling they gave me, what I want to change, what I dream of, the world…
What would you do with $25,000?As much of these that $ covers: additional care 4 my stepfather(stage 4 cancer), my mom (Dementia), private psw 4 my sister (intellectual disability) & 4 myself (have me/cfs), 4 med clinic, meds 4 my cat + whatever else gives me more peace of mind, strength, energy, focus, time 2 express,create, connect. +Art supplies, to fix/buy sewing machine, a camera, to set up an online store, 4 more art classes (to continue to develop, add techniques).
