I love Impressionism and strive to use oil paints with minimalistic marks to create. Nature, private moments and figures within them pull me to try to capture the essence of each moment in time. Suspending moments of shared awe and humanity are always my goal.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspriration seem to be everywhere! Painting nature from life allows me to feel the moment and suspend it in time. Capturing human interactions in photos to paint in the studio are also a big part of my work. And learning from other artists is inspiring, ultimately leading me forward on my journey of self expression.
