Whether in clay or paint, figurative art is my favorite! Blending spontaneity with technical accuracy, I allow passion and intuition to be my guide. An expressionist at heart, my instinct is to infuse the human figure with symbols, emotion and imagination. I interpret the landscape through a similar expressive lens as I move fluidly between expressive gesture and careful study.

I find inspiration in countless moments woven throughout everyday life. Ordinary people and extraordinary circumstances, the magic of nature often overlooked in this fast-paced world. In the masters who left an indelible imprint on my psyche, and finally, I am inspired by my contemporaries, near and far, who continuously motivate me and influence my art.

I would create a community arts hub where teens and young adults connect through music, art, and shared creative experiences. Bringing together neurodivergent, neurotypical, underserved, and foster youth, this space will be a catalyst for joy, self-expression, skill-building, and true friendship. In the West San Fernando Valley, where young people face loneliness and social isolation, this hub will offer an inclusive and vibrant alternative: a place of belonging, creativity, and connection.
