My favorite type of art to create is one that feeds the soul and makes the heart jump! Surrealism is one of my favorite concepts because it acts as a window into the mind. The viewer is able to see just how far we can push our creativity and expression that is difficult to express in words or to simply imagine.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration from my own memories and experiences. I think about what makes something impactful, what's something I remember from a particular experience, and how can I memorialize this in a painting. I see my work as a keepsake or a souvenir of the adventures had in my own life time.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000.00 , the first thing I am doing is getting myself an ipad ! a tool that would help me create more work and use my cell phone to document the process of creating my art with the world. $25,000.00 Would not only help me purchase the tools I need to help me access a broader audience, but invest in a website, a studio, and an official place to call "the studio" to host art classes within the community.
