Where do you find inspiration?find inspiration in the quiet, in-between moments most people overlook. Light is often the starting point; how it stretches across a surface, softens a face, or transforms a landscape at dusk. I’m drawn to those fleeting shifts where something ordinary becomes emotionally charged. Both landscapes and portraits hold that potential, and I use them as a foundation to explore mood rather than just appearance. Memory also plays a role, especially the kind that isn’t entirely clear.
What would you do with $25,000?A significant portion would go directly into savings to give me the financial stability to step away from teaching and pursue my career as a full-time artist. Having that buffer would allow me to make decisions based on growth rather than urgency, which is essential for building something sustainable.
