Art is deeply personal, from pure beauty to raw emotion. It transcends us and the spaces we shape. It is instinct. It is in my blood.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I create textured, atmospheric abstractions driven by movement, light, and nature. I’m drawn to the tension between control and release—where a gesture becomes a force. My work captures energy at its peak, like a wave about to break, and holds it in time. Through layered textures and contrast, I create pieces that are not just seen, but felt—immersive, emotional presences that shift a space and linger beyond it.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in singularities around us, things that stand out, contrasts, energy, rhythms. I am not looking for perfection or simple beauty. I like to capture the magic of something ephemeral or powerful or controversial.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to scale my vision—creating large, immersive works that transform entire spaces. I want to push my practice beyond regular canvas, exploring how art can shape atmosphere and emotion. This support would give me the freedom to take risks, deepen my process, and create experiences that people don’t just see, but truly feel.
