Art is a way that I can express myself freely. When I create, I make something that hasn’t existed before. To me, that’s magical.

My favorite type of art to create is the kind that gives you something new every single time you look at it. Secondly, I love to make art that tells a story or sparks someone’s own imagination. My favorite mediums are paint, pencil + charcoal, and ink.
Where do you find inspiration? It is of my understanding that art is a conduit to which the world can open its heart. If I paint a flower, it means something different to me than it does to someone else. It is a flower to both people, yet a symbol of memories and emotion specific to each person. The flower is simply the fulcrum which connects one creature to another and on and on it goes until the world has found itself with a bit more gentleness and compassion.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25k, I would divide it into percentage chunks to actually make the money work for me. I would allocate 60% to mostly conservative investments so that I can grow $15k into more so that I can use that as a down payment on a home. Then I would take 20% to go towards my Master’s degree so I have better opportunities for getting my graduate degree after my art bachelors. The remaining amount would be split evenly into emergency savings first. Then I can buy a Miata MX5 with what’s left over.
