Semirealistic digital illustrations are my favorite to create, and a primary focus for me is cultivating an awe-inspiring atmosphere, adding depth to the details and symbols to invoke a sense of personal involvement and curiosity in viewers as they begin to piece together how they can relate, and how, in a broader sense, the art I create is reflected in present happenings in the world around us.
Where do you find inspiration?I find that much of my creative process can seem random or intuitive, even to myself, though a great deal of my inspiration stems from my admiration for Victorian gothic aesthetics, as well as my desire to understand those who have a hard time expressing themselves.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in my artwork, continue my education and support my family with the $25,000 if I were to win the peoples artist of 2026.
