Leia Couch

So this is my car. It's a 1994 Ford Thunderbird LX. When I found it, it needed a lot of work. I did the paint and some body work myself.

What is your favorite type of art to create?

I love to paint. Art is a way to experience the world. What you can do with different types of paint is amazing. I use to just do canvas and then one day the car became a canvas.

Where do you find inspiration?

My car is 31 years old. It was beat up and left to rot under a tree left to be forgotten. The prior owner passed away and the car was sold to me by his family. I figured that I could turn it into something cool and it still ran. I bought a manual on the car and started reading. Things were glitching and I learned how to fix them and repair them. Replaced parts, then came the body work.... I didn't have the tools I needed so I improvised and used what I had. A sander and spray paint. The Dragon

What would you do with $25,000?

Restore the car and enjoy the nestsalga! This car saved my life in more ways than one. I started building this car and I stayed busy. I was getting bullied by allot of people but working on my car kept me out of trouble. It was my great escape from the world. I was scared of driving until I got this car. It was not just customize but enjoyable for me to create a fine work of art.
