Where do you find inspiration?As a Cuban-American, I try to look into my own diasporic memories and try to capture the mood and light of a given moment. Then I translate that feeling into the canvas utilizing the universal language of the trees.
What would you do with $25,000?As a working artist, the first thing that comes to mind to do with $25,000 is to buy art materials. But of course, the ability to continue creating uninterrupted by financial needs.
