Each brushstroke, each scratch leaves its mark—a quiet stamp of existence. I create to express, to feel, to be. I create, so I exist.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My work lives within abstract expressionism—intuitive, emotional, and deeply personal. I create through instinct rather than structure, letting each brushstroke, scratch, and layer carry energy and presence. My process embraces imperfection and spontaneity, where every mark becomes a trace of a moment and a quiet imprint of existence. For me, painting is not just creating an image, but an act of being.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in quiet moments, raw emotions, and the unnoticed details of everyday life. Movement, texture, and change around me guide my process, along with inner thoughts and fleeting feelings that seek expression. Even imperfections, accidents, and spontaneity become sources of creativity. Inspiration comes not from looking for it, but from being present and allowing the world—and myself—to leave its mark.
What would you do with $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would invest it back into my art—upgrading materials and giving myself the freedom to create without limits. I would explore new techniques, work on a larger scale, and share my passion through exhibitions and teaching. It would be a step toward growing my artistic voice and continuing to create work that truly reflects my existence.
