I love creating art that will tell a visual story and evoke a feeling that touches the soul of the viewer. I'm extremely drawn to the expressiveness and power of color as a source of symbolism, mood, and atmosphere. Although I have a passion for portraiture, I tend to choose subject matter that resonates and challenges me at that point in time.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration is boundless and is always coming from countless sources. Sometimes it's the unexpected conversation with a stranger or those moments where you find the fascinating truths that are stranger than fiction which drum up more questions than answers, and simply the brilliance of nature.
What would you do with $25,000?First and foremost, I would use it to help secure my daughter's future. I would also use it to help fund my art making business.
