I'm 36. My art is a representation of 30 plus years of verbal mental emotional & physical abuse I suffered before I learned what healthy is.

any. it all depends on how I'm feeling and how much i am able to do. Photography has been one of my muses for the longest time. I would consider my work a form of performance protest.
Where do you find inspiration? My memories and thoughts, as well as philosophical interests. Walking in nature is also a beautiful inspiration. My daughter also used to be an inspiration for my photos, taking picures at the zoo and capturing the most real moments.
What would you do with $25,000?I would probably hire someone so that I can try to live something of a stable life, given how disability barely pays rent, letalone food and utilities. never mind the cost of being able to afford to make art at all. Ideally, i would love to invest the money in a way that will find its way into the pool of support for other BIPOC artists and the greater communities. I might also be able to afford a decent camera so I can start taking real pictures again.
