Drawing is my instinct. Even I had a detour in studying business but I’m back to the one thing that’s bonedeep and makes me feel truly happy

My favorite type of art to create is digital character illustration, particularly focused on pop culture, cinema, and fantasy. Because I don't have formal artistic training, I don't tie myself down to one specific aesthetic. Instead, I let the subject dictate the style. I love the challenge of adapting my approach—whether that means using delicate, detailed linework for a fantasy knight, a gritty, textured look for a cinematic portrait, or bold, neon contrasts for a comic book character.
Where do you find inspiration?A lot of my inspiration comes directly from the visual media I consume cinema, anime, and video games. I am constantly observing how different creators handle visual storytelling. Whether it's the gritty, cinematic framing of a film, the chaotic, high-contrast energy of a comic, or the incredibly stylized character designs in games like Persona 5 or Zelda, I absorb those aesthetics. I love taking those distinct vibes, running them through my own intuitive lens.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to plan an unforgettable, extended trip with my girlfriend. Since we are currently doing long-distance while I am studying in the US and she is in Shanghai, my absolute top priority would be bridging that gap. I would use the funds to cover flights, book incredible accommodations, and just focus entirely on spending quality time together without having to worry about a strict travel budget.
