It's the thing I do to create a new form ,whether it's abstract or figurative, I need to understand our own creator.

I work in many mediums and many styles, but I love abstraction most of all.In terms of realism,my preferred type is horses.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere, but I still find DaVinci is probably the most inspirational of the artists. (Of artists, living or dead) he was the most varied, intelligent, interesting, of all. Still, after all the decades of artists there are none so impressive. He informs almost all of my realism and even my abstract art,but I'd have to say Jackson Pollock was the most important abstract painter that inspired me,and still does today. But for entirely different reasons. As a woman ,Helen Frankenthaler inspired me,too.
What would you do with $25,000?First I have urgent needs, keeping up the costs of my storage, as I'm getting older, its harder and harder to survive and hang on to my art, until it can be documented properly. I was so busy making it and exhibiting itall my life,I barely had time to document and inventory my work. It's partially done but now it all needs to be digitized. Then I'd love to get a car or maybe a van to move my work around to exhibit. My car broke ,and was junked. I'm in great need of a way to transport my work.
