I am deeply curious about the psychological influence of architecture mixed with art and its power to generate a personal awareness
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I have an academic background in architecture. So therefore I love to experiment with different materials and exploring their performance and capabilities. Exploiting their limitations and seeing how combining a range of construction or building materials can create something beautiful and igniting a new language or a new way to convey a message or simply arrange something that questions your intuitive self and wonders all possibilities of coming together and Sparks curiosity.
Where do you find inspiration?History, architecture, museums, books, set designs. How people present themselves. I always look to assemble a train of thought and making process on how things come together.
What would you do with $25,000?The prize would fund the creation of a nonprofit dedicated to commissioning ambitious public art with a focus on inclusivity and underrepresented artists. It would provide guidance, resources, and production support for complex, site-specific works, helping artists reach new audiences and expand engagement with contemporary art. Operating nimbly, it would foster bold, risk-taking projects and build partnerships to realize impactful installations nationwide
