I’ve been a dancer, fine artist, concept artist, and 3D artist for film, TV, and now games. Each shaped how I experience art beyond tools. My favorite isn’t a type it’s creating from movement, sound, voice, and image. “Reality” is just a stereotype; what drives me is building experiences that feel human, alive, and emotionally true beyond what we define as real. Where do you find inspiration?When I was told no, growing up in Colombia, art didn’t feel possible and living abroad felt out of reach. That mindset, and impostor syndrome, pushed me to take the risk and fail anyway. Looking back, being seen through the lens of a “third world” label became my inspiration to challenge it, break traditional thinking, and redefine what’s possible.
What would you do with $25,000?I want to invest this money in building my own business: creating a video game focused on medical purposes, supporting Alzheimer’s, mental health, and recovery after brain surgery. My goal is to develop an app and collaborate with talented people from my industry to design meaningful, engaging experiences that help address memory loss and support cognitive healing.
